My last visit aggravated me so much that I had to post up a review. I honestly say don't bother going there if you expect a real professional haircut. My last one was nothing like I wanted. The only right part was trimming the sides, which doesn't need any skill. I only wanted a quarter inch to be trimmed of the top not to be left out of my hair. What makes it worse is it's not even even ! The rear left sticks out higher that the front. She really never listened to anything I said and just cut away. I've been a customer for 3 years, and that was my final visit. I understand that many will dispute that some stylists are better than others, however, I'm simply not impressed with the overall store, I shouldn't be walking on egg shells every time I want to get a hair cut, I'd like to come in and regardless of stylist (if you want to call them that) expect a decent haircut. My instructions were fairly clear and quite simple, if this was someone's first experience they wouldn't come back if it was the last place on earth. I'll be springing for 40$ haircut next time, when my hair recovers from this catastrophe.
MVP cut, wash, and shoulder rub around $25. I travel and can usually count on the stylists at these locations.
Sherry is fantastic. I highly recommend getting her to cut your hair. I can't vouch for any other stylists, but Sherry really knows her stuff. Other locations have mediocre hair stylists, and some are straight up rude.
Great stylists. Ask for Cynthia.
Waited for stylist to be free only to have two get free and they called two guys that came in long after I did. When I pointed out the error I only got a dumbfounded look from the second stylist as she looked at the sign in sheet. No apology. No attempt to correct the mistake, just a stupid stare. I then said forget it and left.
