I get told by the assistant that insurance's have changed and they wont let Doctors treat any one one the first visit.....and that I will have to make 3 more appointments at 45 dollars( my copay ) to have my issues addressed. I tell them I have not changed insurances and to call Blue Cross while I wait. It was not 3 minutes the assistant came back and said she was so glad that the Doctor was in to tell her she could freeze off my 2 spots which took her 1 minute. She then told me she could give me a sample of medicine for my other issue..but wait.. my lucky day they were out of samples and so she wrote me a script. Then told me I needed to make another appointment for my other issue.REALLY HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK WE ARE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! .. But I have read his other reviews you should to.

I have been seeing Dr. Urry for over ten years. He is one of the few Doctors that still listen to you. I call him Doc Hollywood because he will work with you to find solutions to your skin problems, while teaching you proper skin care. I finally convinced my husband to see him. He had a couple of moles on his back that were unusual. Dr. Urry set him at ease and had him laughing before the visit was over. I am sure that my husband will go to him again with any skin issues. Thank You

After 3 members of my family having been patients of Larry's for over 12 years, I was sadly disappointed in the values and morals I discovered of he and his wife Mary (the book keeper). After losing a check of mine written for 110.00 for over a year and after finding it in Dr. Urry's car, they sent it in to the bank,(though, it is considered stale and as of no value by the State of Utah), they submitted to the bank, even though I had stopped banking there at that time. The check, of course was returned. I never received a phone call, a letter explaining what happened, nothing, they sent it straight to a collection agency and attorney's office. Even though we were seeing Hhim on a regular basis the entire time. I always paid at the time of my services. After several discerning phone calls with Mary, and many nasty phone calls with their recovery agency, Express Recovery as well as their attorneys office, Mary finally admitted their error, apologized, implemented new procedures so that it would never happen again and offered me a complimentary dermabrasion appointment. I offered to pay her the 110 right then and there on the phone. She declined, indicating that it would be better if I paid the Law Office. I said fine, have them call me. They never did. I did start to get more nasty phone calls from Express Recovery. I hung up on them, assuming they did not get the memo that this had been handled. A short time later, (remember, Mary declined my money), I received court documents, they were suing me. After fighting with them again OVER SOMETHING THEY DID, and spending more than 250 on an attorney, their attorney, Edwin Parry, filed for a quick and dirty judgement OVER Christmas to the tune of 850.00, yes 850.00. Early this year, Dr. Urry, told me not to worry about it, as I sat in tears in his Bountiful office, he said he would take care of it and make it go away. Aparently he does not wear the pants in the family, as he then refused to speak with me at our next appointment. According to his wife "I had my chance" and did not pay up, and now I had to "pay the consequences". Shame on Mary Urry. At the time they were harassing me, I had a very ill daughter, (over a year) and was going through a divorce (traded in for 30 year old version). Mary then has the gaul to tell me "TO NOT EVER SPEAK TO HER HUSBAND AGAIN). Needless to say, though I live on tempoporary family support checks right now, I took money from my grocery fund, borrowed a few hundred from a friend and paid the URRY"S 850.00. In addition, they have two judgements on my credit history that will be there until 2016. After 28 years of marriage , I am trying to develop my own credit score. This does not help. The Urry's could have done the right thing, they did not, and they will never see us again. Fortunately I do believe in karma, and shame on the Urry's. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to discover this about them, ego appparently is more important than values, greed more important than doing the right thing. Shame on them, Linda Lukanowski
