Stay away! Take your money somewhere else! I brought in pictures of what I wanted and told alex tuatagaoa how I wanted my hair cut. Not only did she not listen to me, she did exactly what I told her not to to. I don't have hair left to cut! The manager only offered to cut more or to talk to alex the next day, when I came back in, surprise, she wasn't there. When I called her she refused to give me my money back and screamed obscenities at me. Save yourself the hassle and save your hair from this disreputable "salon". The only screaming was from Alex herself with some colorful language. I mentioned that extensions would be needed but never requested them to be put in, after all the hassle and abuse from the salon staff and owner all I wanted was my money back. I wouldn't trust either Alex or the salon manager after the things I was told. It's obvious they do not listen to their customers nor value them. I have been to 3 salon's now, all of their professional opinions differ from what the salon owner and Alex are claiming. Again, a warning for anyone considering this establishment. If you value time and money, take both elsewhere.
I have been going to Nalani's (Randee) for almost a year and have always had excellent service and excellent quality haircuts. Nalani's prices are more than reasonable, and I would highly recommend them.
