My daughter owns Hair Candy and has been off the last 2 weeks after having her first child. I discussed the negative review with Olivia, the owner, and she said that her stylist showed up for a scheduled 8:30 appt. and the client did not show. Mmmmm........anyway I may be sounding biased but I can also honestly say the haircuts I get from Hair Candy has my hair looking better than it ever did. If it didn't, believe me, my daughter would know about it. I have been to countless salons and feel comfortable saying it is the warmest atmosphere with some of the most professional hair stylists. Sorry one person had a bad experience. I am sure Olivia would find some way to make it up to that person.
This is the worst salon I have ever been to. They never answer the phone so good luck even getting an appointment unless you know one of the stylist personally. There is obviously no accountability for their stylist since I made an appointment and my stylist didn't even bother to show up. No explanation, no apology, nothing. When I confronted her about it she just ignored me. This is not how you run a business.
