This was my first time at Natalie's Salon and Spa. I found them online googling for a good salon because I was in dire need of a hair style change. The first thing I noticed was they had clients coming back for years so I figured I would give them a try. They did not disappoint. Friendliness/Customer Service - When I first walked in, Natalie greeted me by name without looking at a book. They had a few long time customers come in and had great rapport with them. I don't think I have ever felt more comfortable at a salon --- both Natalie and Lana are very down to earth and so friendly and enjoy what they do and their customers. Also, when Natalie was doing my hair, she was always made sure I was comfortable physically and also with how the cut was progressing. Cleanliness/Atmosphere - The place is very clean. It doesn't smell like chemicals and the work stations were very organized. I didn't get a facial, but I did check out their esthetics room and it was very clean and ready for a client. I was pretty impressed. They use Dermalogica products and not some random cheap spa stuff. Hair - I love, love, love my cut ---- long layers with side swept bangs. I explained what I was looking for, showed a picture, and Natalie had a few suggestions after I told her that I'm looking for something that was a little less maintenance but wasn't boring. She took her time and made sure that all the layers were even with each other too. The two other customers next to me seemed to be pretty happy with the service too --- both were customers for years. Price - Good price for a shampoo/hair cut/style....pretty comparable to salons in northern virginia and even cheaper than the one I used to frequent. I didn't get any highlights or color, but they also offer that service as well. They also provide nail and spa services, which I haven't used...yet. I'm very glad I found Natalie's. I'll be using them again soon. I highly recommend.
