WENT OUT OF BUSINESS!! There is now a Sweet Frog there.

Just Plain rude....I went in this store looking for a wig. From the time I entered the store, she wasn't very helpful. She was on the phone majority of the time and when I asked if I could try on a wig, she remained on the phone while she was putting the wig on me. When I asked if I could try it on in another color she acted as if I upset her and only then did she hang up the phone. I was so upset by her lack of people skills and sheer rudeness that I decided I did not need a wig from her store. She could use some customer service training which probably explains why the store was empty when I went in there. Also, I wish when people would leave comments that they don't make general comments and speak on what they witnessed and not their personal predjudices. It just looks ignorant to put down a whole race becuase you (rand) had a negative experience(s) with black women.

I was shopping at this store on a regualr basis. First time, I thought maybe she is having a bad day. Second and third time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then I just came to the conclusion, I'm spending my money and you can't even act like you want my business. She could have cared less. I'm not in the business of dealing with people and she is, it is her livelyhood. She makes you feel like you are bothering her if you even so much as ask a question. If someone is here for years and still does not know how to conduct business in the language of "her" customers, it is not my issue but hers. How am I to even know this. She can still be polite however her choice is to be rude. I consider my self to have been more than patient to this rude woman. Seeing this is a free country I choose never to go there again!!! Stay away. The Ace Wigs in Alexandria is nicer and they treat me better, therefore I drive the distance to be treated as a paying customer.

i came to the area for business and was looking for a new lacefront. i was excited when i saw this shop right across the street from my hotel. when i walked in the lady behind the counter was SO RUDE and didn't offer much help at all. when she told me the price of her pieces, i wasn't impressed so i just asked for some bonding glue. she said they were out and didn't have any in the entire wig store!! when i got ready to buy other products, she wouldn't sell it to me because she said it was a $10 store purchase minimum!!!!! stay far, far away!!

I don't know what is going on with these reviews slamming this woman but I have been going there for three years and she has been quite helpful. Sometimes store owners / retail people just get sick of that GETTO attitude. People reflect that back when you come off with that head shaking , angry black woman mentality. I would kick some of you out of the store too. I see how some of you cornrowed hoes act.
