Services didn't work and I was displeased with the time it took to get my refund. 60 days is not acceptable to get a refund. Did I mention that I had a total of 15 hair removal treatments and non of them worked. The company was horrible in getting back to a customer with questions regarding options for services that didn't work.

I have used American Laser in CA & KS. I spent over 5K with them. I moved here to continue my laser treatments and Centreville would never call me back. I called their customer service number to complain about the Centreville and no one called me back. I will be doing microderms and botox for the rest of my life (I am only 34) and I won't be spending another dime with American Laser. I have to drive right past Centreville to the Sterling office when I could have just as easily gone to Centreville. I am not a happy customer.

I love the great customer service here! Janice was so patient with me. She offered me many options and in the end gave me a really great deal on my treatments! Luisa did a terrific job performing my treatments also! She always made sure that I was comfortable and gave great suggestions for future treatments. I will definitely recommend American Laser Center in Centreville to all of my friends and family because of their great customer service!

CENTERVILL, VA AMERICAN LASER & SKIN CARE SUCKS!!!!! I finally get moved to Virginia from Washington state. I start calling ALSC in Centerville, VA. Long story short: after 6 months of calling I finally get a person and schedule my appointment. I arrive at ALSC Centerville and 20 minutes into my appointment time I have seen NO ONE! I'm still standing at the front desk! There is nobody around. The front desk in empty, no noise from the back, NOTHING! I finally left because I have other appointments to keep. Neadless to say: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

I went to the American Laser Center for a consultation, and all what i have to say is that I hated the way the manager approaches me. I was discussing the price and services with her, but her goal was only to convince me that she was giving me a good deal while I knew that she was overpricing me since before going there, I have already done my research so i had a pretty good idea about the price range of the services that I wanted.I was really welling to buy the service from them, but when I noticed that Janice was putting pressure on me to buy what she was offering me, I just stepped back and changed my mind. I m not sure about if they offer what they claim to offer, but one thing....as a marketing and financial person, when someone puts pressure on me to buy something, than I automatically think that this person is offering crap service. BTW they claim to give you $300 off, $3000 off and even half price off, but in reality they just inflate their prices big time and then play it as they are offering you the best price in the market.
