Hair Cuttery

My hair is literally fucked up. I just wanted a trim and all she had to do was follow the layers from my last cut. Instead she just cut it however she wanted to and it took all of 7 minutes. She also let me go out sopping wet so I was wringing my hair out. DO NOT GO HERE. My hair gave me a lot of self confidence and now that is gone.
This place was a waste of my time and money. FEW of the ladies who work there are nice and others are rude. My request for my haircut was plain and simple -- something that I would figure a hair stylist is capable of doing. I wanted a trim, keeping my length, and thin out my layers; no choppy of straight thick look.... Simple right?? I left without blow drying my hair because I was in a rush. When it dried, one side of my hair had a chuck of short CHUNKY layers. Front bangs did not line up whatsoever. I think this took her a total of 10 minutes to cut my hair. Sadly, since she was stylist, I trusted her instincts and left without concern. The very next day, I came back asked nicely to get it re-done. Manager was very understanding and polite, Then it came to the "master stylists" women and they were just rude! Without greeting me, they quickly and firmly asked, "Where's your receipt?" I was caught dumbfounded that they asked that when the manager had not brought up any "receipt requirement and verification". So I gave a confused look and they were like, "Well, we can't fix your hair if you don't have a receipt." I was panicking looking for the receipt in my bag and thankfully, I found it. I would think giving a re-do service, I would at least get a blow dry to see how it would look but no.... She supposedly fixed it and it still looks horrible. THIS PLACE HIRES WOMEN THAT HAS SLIM TO NONE ABILITY TO PROPERLY CUT HAIR. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
it's a chance of %50 that you might get a hair cut that you like, unless you chose a specific person that you are used to and knows what you like. If you wanna get a boy cut Wendy is the best one!!
I really needed a hair cut! My hair was almost to my butt!! I only wanted about 2 or 3 inches cut off. I told Nihid the woman who was doing my hair that multiple times and she cut off about 6. My hair is a little past my shoulders now and its very choppy. She tried to layer my hair and did not come out right at all. I went back to the Hair Cuttery to talk to the manager and she agreed with me that Nahid messed up and noticed a big mistake that my hair was uneven....so today ill be going back so she can fix it. She also gave me store credit for $16 but that is NOT going to fix my hair once its already this short.
Do not trust the people. I went in to get my hair dyed back to its original color and I just wanted a straight-forward job, so I went to Hair Cuttery. Worst mistake ever. I was helped by Nicki, who seemed nice but turned out to be very deceitful. I got the package deal for the hair dye and cut. AFTER dying my hair, Nicki informs me it will cost an extra twenty, which she turned into twenty five at the register. At this point, she could tell I was about to say drop the package and let me go, so she gave me a ten percent off coupon. I figured ok, whats an extra ten dollars if she's being honest. Then she goes back and washes out the dye. Next up was the cut. She looked at my hair and said that was unnecessary because I didn't have bad split ends. At this point, I thought "great, no cut=no package=save $". I go to pay and find out what else she hadn't told me. She had put a bunch of chemical treatment in my hair while washing it to make it as much money to get the package as without it. So, all in all, I paid more than I would at a really nice hair salon, just to dye my hair at Hair Cuttery. I've been swindled, but learn from my mistakes, and avoid this place.
