Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and Very professional... I went there for first time on April 2013 and I was treated as family... they are highly dedicated to please every one of us. During my visit I quite observe also the interaction with others walk-ins and Monet staff offered a consistent level of service and welcome. For me, as Retail Manager, customer Service is very Important! And Danielle -owner- and her staff knows how to engage their clientele with supreme customer care. I highly recommend this Salon & Spa, all services are excellent and prices incomparable!

so happy I found this salon in our neighborhood! Olga is fantastic,, she worked wonders on fixing a horrible hair cut I received last month from another salon in the area. I cut 20+ inches off my hair last summer to a short pixie (donated the hair to a cancer charity). In the past 8 months I had been growing out my pixie and had a really hard time finding a stylist who knew how to work with growing out my pixie into a style that complimented my features, and looked cute during the difficult growing out stage. The last salon I went to in January 2011 (in Clifton, off Union Mill Rd) left me looking like the stylist used a weed whacker to cut my hair. I was so upset. Olga was able to take the cut, and skillfully using her shears, shaped and layered it into a short bob that looks great and will grow out in style. Thank you! Will definitely return to Monet Salon again!
