Was helped by a very rude saleswoman. I told her I wanted a toner to make my hair strawberry blonde and she sold me an ash blonde that turned my hair dark brown. Wasted money on a bleach because she didn't care what she was giving me. Kept pestering me at the checkout to buy other things as well after I told her several times that I was not interested in the membership and whatnot. Treated me like an idiot because she only gave me the developer and toner when I asked what all I needed, then was all, 'well you need this and this too, sheesh'. Gave an attitude when I asked her how much the developer and toner were as well as everything else she told me last minute at the register that I needed (since she took them off the shelf and handed them to me. Waste of money (on previous treatments for her to give me the wrong color and tell me it would turn my hair red blonde) and very rude help. I will not be visiting this location again.
