I just had a fill from Jennifer here and these lashes are way better than the last place I went, its been over a month and they look just as amazing as the first day! Love having my lashes Thanks Jen:) PS: my husband thinks its great I take less time to get ready since I dont have to wear mascara anymore tehe.
Identity Studio changed it's name from Lashes and Locks in 2013. Any reviews before then were for the old business
The best salon I've ever been to. The best quality and most affordable lash extensions out there. 1/3 of the cost of competing salons and twice the quality/service/speed. Jenn provides a quick and comfortable experience and after one time there, you'll feel like old friends. I've also had my hair done there and I will never go anywhere else! From dyes, cuts, and extensions, Stephanie is first class! Love this salon!
Poor customer service. They don't stand behind their lash products, & work in an unprofessional atmosphere. I definitely won't ever go back and don't recommend them!
