I've never actually been here but my experience with them on the phone didn't make me want to. I called to see if they had any openings available for the day, and the lady who answered didn't state the business or her name and wasn't friendly at all. Until I said I think I have the wrong number I'm calling for the hair salon, she said this is Strand Salon and by that point I didn't even want to go there because of the fact she wasn't welcoming, friendly or professional on the phone.
