This is by far the most pleasant salon I've experienced. The service is great, everyone is helpful & friendly, in particular Laurie Li is fantastic and my wife has come back to her after getting less than stellar styling at Eclips and much less pricey than other salons. We make a 4 hour round trip from Bellingham, they're that good!
The salon was great and the ladies are super friendly but I was disappointed in my haircut. I saw Stephanie and I felt she did not listen to what I asked for. She cut my hair shorter than I wanted it and then used a horrid color for touch ups in my hair. I asked for it to blend in and look natural but it is so bold it stands out. At first, when I looked at the color in the salon it looked good but now in direct light and sunlight, it looks awful. The color looks orange which is not a color I would ever put in my hair. My color is mahogany or auburn. One of the stylists even joked that I looked like Stephanie as our hair color looked the same. I am now forced to straighten my hair every time I wash it as I cannot wear it curly cos it is too short. It looks awful.For the price I paid, I definitely won't be going back.
