HORRIBLE! The customer service rep Nellie is very kind and friendly, however I have been waiting since MAY of 2013 to resolve a problem with the defective pedicure chairs that I purchased from this company. I have been waiting for months to talk to the manager about refunding my money, and they will not return my call. I call weekly, sometimes several times a week and still no response. I would never recommend this company to my friends in the industry. Think twice, if you are not satisfied with a product...you may not be able to return it or get a refund. We have too many other reputable beauty supply companies in the US, so don't fall for this one- even if the price seems too good to be true!
i came in last week to purchase a chair, they have amazing prices. the staff are very friendly, and did an amazing job at showing me what would be a better option for me. i will definitely be making another purchase from them in the near future. :)
