The owner Beate is very rude and disrespectful, I would never go back there because of her. She treats her employees and customers very poorly, she does pedicures in 45 minutes and not 1 hour and 15 minutes like her website says and she only does a 30 second foot massage for each foot, when she does facials she spends most the time out of the room letting you lay there unsupervised while steaming (the boiling water can squirt on to your face any time). She is also using fake RMT reciepts for clients. I do not recommend going here because of the way she runs this place and treats people

Booked an appointment for the "Sole Soothing Pedicure". Was told to remove my shoes and socks before entering and was not even offered sandals. In fact the staff weren't wearing any footwear either (ewww!). Waited 15 minutes in a room by myself for appointment to start and then was sat down in a room next to an open window. When I went to close the window (it was below freezing outside) I was told that it didn't shut. I sat for 90 minutes wrapped in my coat freezing. The pedicure itself was painful, the scrub was beyond brutal and the "sole soothing" was a 5 minute foot massage. During the pedi the attendant brought her friends in and proceeded to look through her friends pictures and one point actually left the room in the middle of the treatment to go gossip with her friend right outside the door. I also have tattoo's on my feet that she decided would be a good spectacle for the other staff and proceeded to invite the entire salon into the room to "check out these tattoos". When my nail polish was drying she mentioned to another staff member that the floors were really gross (great considering I wasn't given any sandals) and proceeded to mop the floors right under my feet. Then I was expected to get up and leave to walk right through the floor cleaner in my bare feet. BRUTAL! I have never in my life had a more unprofessional experience.

Took my husband for his birthday last weekend. Traffic was horrible so we were 15 to 20min late so that cut into our massage a bit. Completely our fault and they did go about 10min over our intended end time which was nice. They also didn't make any snarky remarks about it. You get what you pay for at this spa--it's nothing too fancy but the prices are pretty fair so anyone going shouldn't expect to be going into a 5 star spa. We got the couples massage which was good-my husband said they could have had more pressure but mine was perfect. The ladies were very friendly and professional--looks like it would be nice to go in the summer so you can get your massage outdoors. All and all it's a nice little spa considering the lower prices. Clean and comfortable.

Not just a bad massage - they didn't even bother to show up! I booked & confirmed my appointment the day before for a 90 minute massage for 9:30 in the morning (figured that would still give me time to enjoy some of the day with my family in after my treatment). I was there at 9:20 but nobody even showed up to unlock the spa until 10:15!!! By then it was much too late for me to start a massage as I had 2 young children and my husband waiting for me back at the hotel. Their excuse was that "I" had called to rebook my appointment for 11:00 - apparently somebody else with the same first name had called to reschedule their appointment but they did not bother to check last name or phone number. I just hope I don't end up paying for the other Erin's massage with my credit card information!!!! VERY disappointing experience - DO NOT book here!

My friend and i decided to have a weekend getaway in banff (we are from edmonton) complete with spa day. I had a body scrub, wrap, & pedicure while she had a 60 minute massage, indian head massage, & a pedicure done... it was an amazing experience!!! the girls who work there are very very friendly and accomodating! it was over all a really great experience!
