i went to go get my roots touched up and the stylist highlighted them.... so now my roots still do nt match the rest of my hair. i wanted to have them match the rest of my hair and for her to make the Blonde i already had in my hair lighter. instead she toned it and it didnt do anything to it. 180 dollars later im left with a mess and nowi have to spend more money getting it fixed. the stylists there laugh at their customers in the back room and do what they want with your hair. do not see cindy. i would just advise u not to go at all. the manager was a snot about the situation too.
