Great! The owner is very professional. Calming lovely atmosphere. I have difficult, thick long hair. I love the shape she put in it; used no product other than a wonderful smelling shampoo and conditioner. And she gave a wonderful scalp massage. Two days post haircut, all I have to do is blow it dry and it falls so nicely. Thanks for a lovely experience! Reasonable price.
I used to have my hair cut here before it changed hands (I believe it was named Mystique at that point,) and I thought it was a decent salon -- nothing fancy, but it did the trick.
Well, now it's flat-out disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled with a different stylist (and they did NOT let me know ahead of time,) I was sent away with sopping wet hair, and the stylist who did end up cutting my hair refused to cut off the length I wanted because it would be "too short" for my face shape. It wasn't even a short style -- I wanted it trimmed to be just at my shoulders!
To put it bluntly, the service was rushed, unhelpful, and overpriced. I'm sad to see that the salon has taken such a turn for the worse after changing hands!
