Fantastic place to get a hair cut and enjoy the experience. The staff are fast friendly and skilled.
On Wednesday March 2012 I made an appointment with Hanan at Silhouette hair. She was wonderfully friendly but once I came home and looked closer at my hair I noticed for a trim my hair way very choppy with noticeable chunks of layers, my hair is 2 inches uneven and have two different length of hair. Even with a booked appointment I felt she was rushed as she admitted in trying to fit a client in between clients. When I called to let her know that I was unhappy with her work she let me know that they were fully booked for the next two days.
I will not be returning.
