Before going to this spa I was looking for reviews, searched the entire web and not 1 review, so I decided to check them out for myself. For the first time today I went to this spa to have laser hair removal of my face. Before I walked in I could tell this place was extremely clean and well decorated. When I walked in I was greeted with happy and professional staff. Since I have never had laser hair removal for my face, I was extremely nervous and hesitant. The lady, Fern provided me all the information I needed to know, she was not pushy and she was certainly not into selling. She was honest (did not sugar coat anything), told me what may or may not happen and stayed calm while I made my decision. During my procedure, she was so patient and so gentle. My face is extremely sensitive and easily breaks out 10 minutes after I have threading, waxing or anything. In half an hour the redness was gone, no swelling and no breakout 4 hours later. This place is a bit on the pricy side, but I have been to places where they are expensive, unprofessional and not so clean. So considering how positive and amazing everything from services to location to their atmosphere was, the prices are easy to swallow. You want the best, you pay the price. I can not wait to try their other services in the future. :)
