On my first visit I was coated one price and after that the price just seem to be going up. Yesterday was my 6th visit because I took a package for 8 visits. Yesterday I was told I had to pay extra or they would take out one of my session was guess what they did. They took out my 8th visit. I do not recommend Mosaic they are poorly organize and can't seem to stick to one price.
i called in about getting a manicure WITH nail art and was quoted $65.00 when i finished getting my manicure with nail art it was $95 i was too in shock to say anything at the till so i paid it but when i got home called them and asked to speak to the manager. She said that the prices are listed online and there was no way that i was quoted 65 for a manicure with nail art. Well i was, thats why i called in i didnt check the prices online. i used to go there at least once a month for some kind of service such as massage or something but now i wont go back. she didnt even offer a giftcard or reduced rate for another service when i had been a long time customer. thumbs down for mosaic and their sister spa which i believe is called sweet escapes.
