GRUNGY - I had to come home & shower after they put ratty old rags on my head. The stylist at the next station was cleaning her station with the same rags that are used on the customers heads. A lady's wash/cut & style took 10 minutes from walk-in to walk-out. Which mean I left with wet unstyled hair at -30. I had to find another stylist in town before going out in public once I noticed all the uneven ends once my hair dried. I never knew that white shampoo bottles could turn black & slimy. HORRIBLE atmosphere & service!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME DIALING THERE NUMBER.!!! TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP:(

Paid 40$ for a 10$ haircut...worst ive had in a while. Had to get it for christmas party..big mistake ..shoulda went shaggy.. some huge pink haired newf needs to go back to hair school..my regular girl in calgary was like...how the effff did she cut it shorter than she shaved it?!?! Gaaaa should have expected it in this effin town!!

First of all I know haircuts for men don't cost $40. Have you tried calling the salon and speaking to management? If you have such low expectations of this"effin town" why are you here, let me guess $$$$$$$$$$ Go Home or try charm school

After trying the numerous walk-in places around town and getting poor haircuts I tried Razor's Edge. It's great! For only, maybe $5 more you get a perfect hair cut every time and they shampoo/condition your hair too. I just get my hair cut so I've never had a time that I ran out of... time. I've never had troubles booking a hair cut either, maybe just a week in advance.

Terrible costumer service. I was in this place once and at the end I was so happy about my hair cut but the second time that I went there; the front desk had the worst costumer service ever and did not want to answer my simple questions!!! After that I cancelled my appointment and would never ever try this place again and would not advise anyone to go there. If I was the manager of this place, I would definitely think about changing the front desk employees.
