I have never been treated so rudely after being 4 minutes late after driving all the way from Lillooet to get my hair done here. I called from the highway trying to explain that there was road construction and that I apologize and would be there shortly. After arriving, I was told that not only would they not be able to do my hair, but that they are also booked for the next two days - I was only in town for a few hours. They were not sorry and were extremely pompous and arrogant...it wasn't until later that a former hairdresser from Chatters told me that in order to work there, you have to get people in and out as soon as possible within a given amount of time no matter what the person asks for - like an assembly line! She did not feel right about rushing customers through and resigned and is now working at a salon where customer service is valued above how much they can make in a day! NEVER will I go to Chatters again and I tell my friends, coworkers and family the same! A little less looking down your nose at customers and a little more remembering that without them you would not be in business!
Over priced $40 for a crooked haircut.
