awful awful awful. couldn't get into my regular waxing place to get my legs done so I thought I would give this one close to home a whirl. I should have left when the woman didn't leave me to take my pants off... she turned around at least. had to ask for a towel to cover myself. first pot of wax was so hot I thought it was burning me... and it wouldn't come off my skin. she moved to another pot that worked and was able to finish the job... or so I thought until I got home to look and my legs were covered in leftover wax bits and she missed quite a few spots. had to baby oil at home to remove wax and followed up with rubbing alcohol just to be sure everything was cleaned up. will never return.
