Ryan the "older guy" didn't retire. However he is taking more time off these days but still working. Sorry to hear you had a bad haircut with us. Come in sometime and hopefully we can make right by it. Perhaps coming down and expressing it to us would help with us at doing a better job at pleasing our customers. Sorry again for your bad experience with us.

The older guy retired, now I hate my hair cut every time I go there, I was extremely mad about my last one they shaved the sides of my head completely off

The haircuts are decent quality. Not like something you'd get at a salon but for an inexpensive ($17) barber shop it's not bad. The decor is a little inappropriate, especially if you have children. Just a heads up.
