Everyone was super friendly soon as I walked through the door. Alex's technique for curls helped my hair greatly and she taught me a lot about what to do in regards to my specific curl pattern and texture. An all around awesome place.
If you have curly hair like myself then you must go to Vanilla Alley Hair Salon! Alex and staff are highly trained and I have NEVER been disapointed!
I went in for a simple haircut and was pretty much butchered. Not at all what I asked for and the hair I had so painstakingly grown out over the last year was on the floor. Very unhappy with the quality of the cut and I had even brought three pictures of what I wanted but it didn't help. Nice people, but will never ever go back. Now I have to pay someone else to attempt to fix it and another long year of waiting for the cut I wanted. Argh.
Probably one of the best hair cuts I have ever had! The Vanilla Alley girls are so friendly, they even made me a latte! I will be going back again!
