Wonderful and friendly. Great job!
Better than most chop shops since it seemed clean - however, they still tried to convince us that "gel powder" is gel... it's not, I'm pretty sure it's acrylic, but powder dipped in liquid is in no way a "gel". They destroy your nails first by grinding them before gluing the plastic tip on your finger (same as any other cheap nail place), then apply the "gel powder" etc. They cut cuticles too like other chop shops, my big toe's cuticle was irritated for about a week after, I was worried it would get a bad infection like in the horror stories... The one doing my sister's nail design wasn't listening (or didn't care) what she wanted on her design so she was ultimately disappointed with what she got even though she got them to redo it once for her. She gave up because they were just getting annoyed and thought it was funny that she was being "picky".. really she just wanted something similar to what I had, but it was nothing like it. Overall, I'd go here over other chop shops I've been to. However, it is definitely still a chop shop, not really a "spa". My nails turned out nice, just don't expect real gel at those prices.
Went with my sister in-law. They did a fantastic job. Very nice facilities. I definitely would go again.
I went here with my bridal party the day before the wedding and they were amazing! They were so helpful and did a great job! They even gave me a free nail polish to take as a wedding gift, as well as a free design for my shellac manicure.
I have been going to Anna's for a few years--my daughter recommended them--& I have always been happy with the service. They are the best as far as I am concerned!!!
