I have been a customer using this location for two years. I often purchased deals, wagjags, etc. and never had a problem. Staff is very sweet and professional.I never felt pushed into purchasing things I did not want. Their promotions and deals were presented to me, but it was informative and not intrusive. My face looks amazing and I most definitely recommend this place.
Be aware! Their WagJag deal is complete spam. When you go for injections they force you to buy more with regular price They say it is not enough, won't make nay change on your face. Staff is very push and unprofessional.
I've had some problems with several ingrown hairs on my legs. They were totally unaesthetic and I needed to do something about them. Lucky a friend of mine recommended this medical spa. I've had a laser hair removal and I can finally enjoy the smoothness of my legs. Really appreciate all the help!
A bit pricey, but their laser hair removal sessions really helped me get rid of all the unwanted hair. Their lack of aesthetics is just... UGLY! I never want to have this problem again. But if I do, this institute will be my first option.
