They are very cunning in how they can deceive you. Lots of pictures of success, beautiful. However when the treatment doesn't work they just deny it and say you must need more. When you get more they say it's weird then. When you go through a year of hair removal and almost no hair is actually gone they say you need more and that you cannot simply remove something god gives you. Just buy your own lasers for a few hundred dollars instead of wasting thousands. I called them to see if I could get a receipt and she called the Kitchener location and told them to find a reason not to give me one. CLEVER. Summary: Hair removal didn't work, I now have small blotches where a bit of hair is gone. Acne: Not effective for the money spent, I got better results with a Tria device I bought off eBay for 150$ The lose 6 inches minimum thing is a waste of time they make it look like you can go from fat to skinny and all they do is wrap a towel around you and yell "Presto!" ad you have to pay them 200 dollars.

Right at home!! The ladies in this spa are oh so welcoming and kind. I was very apprehensive about starting laser treatments before they educated me but I couldn't be more comfortable with their knowledge and professionalism. Always making room to fit me in on a last minute phone call, nail emergency or switched appointment, there's no where I would rather go to have all my spa services done. Thank you, thank you ladies!!

I have been going to New Age Laser and Spa for 2 years now and always enjoy my experience. Firstly, the Spa is extremely beutiful and staff members are very warm and friendly every time I come in for a treatment. They always make you feel comfortable and special. I have done many services including laser skin rejuvenation and laser skin tightening, body wraps, and botox/fillers. Recently, I have started laser heair removal treatments. I already have had two treatments with great results. The treatment was very safe, painless, done very professionally. I would recommend New Age Laser to anyone.

I seldom post reviews online but there are times when you have a truly great experience and feel it deserves recognition especially when the people make you feel welcome. I am in the Kitchener/Cambridge area typically 2-3 times during the week for business, have a busy schedule and try to efficiently manage my days. After much procrastination I finally got to the point to get laser treatment procedures on my back and timed it before the holidays/vacation. I never really did to much research on laser and decided to leave that up to a specialist. Searched for spas in the Cambridge/Kitchner, called New Age to inquire about the procedure and get an idea for cost. I value a business/people that focus on the client experience and do it form the heart. The name caught my attention, gave them a call...was very impressed with their approach. I introduced myself as a first timer to their spa and the specific treatment. The lady was very informative, patient and took the time to educate me, explain the process along with the costs all over the phone. I was offered a free consultation which included a test on my back which they showed me first hand what is involved and described expected results. I have been to a few spas over the years for facial treatments etc and have only expected a zen like experience. This spa delivers. Feels warm and inviting, the people there are sincere. I felt a lot of positive energy in the environment. Combined with my results to date I truly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a positive experience. v

Last, while working on my full face, they kept missing my forehead and touched my hair line by accident. When I pointed out, they said oh, it will grow back. IF laser grows back fully, why are we paying these people then?The neck hair line they touched is no burned with dried blood on it. The worst spa, caused me more stress than relaxation. Last, they have NO loyalty for their costumers and will not give you deals even when you refer them people. I gave them more than one chance before I put this review. I will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone. I have told people about them earlier this year, I will make sure I tell everyone to not go there. I have started using flash and go lazer machine that purchased on Sephora website. It works just fine with much cheaper cost DO NOT waist your money with new age spa!!Note: a few positive reviews are done by the spa staff!!
