I just want to start off by saying that I am easy going when it comes to haircuts because it's only hair but this place should not be cutting hair.
My daughter and I went here for a trim and the girls butchered our hair. We both had long curly layered hair and asked them to cut off what was damaged. Apparently they don't know how to deal with this type of hair and cut at least 10 inches total between the two of us, my guess is this is because they measured the 'damage' from the first bit they saw on the top layer - which was about 4-5 inches shorter than the bottom layer. In actuality if they knew what they were doing they would have only cut two inches max off each of us. Even worse than all the length that was cut they left us with blunt cuts. Any real hairdresser knows that curly hair turns into a mushroom when it has a blunt cut, even worse when it's too short. I tried to be okay with the cuts but these cuts are embarrassing. They look like we were the first ones to fall asleep at a party!
Don't waste your money here unless you only need a buzz cut or you want a cut straight across and don't care how short it is. Honestly though, if that's the case, you should just get someone you know to cut it for you, this place shouldn't even be your last choice.
