Awesome place to go!! My son used to not like getting his hair cut and "kid" salons became too babyish......Now he loves going and we always have had great service and a cut. Well done Sports Clips!!! You have us :)

Best experience I've ever had while getting my hair cut. The employees are full of energy and make you feel so welcome. For the best service ask for Regan. She is extremely talented and gave me an amazing hair cut.

No issues. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Get much more for your money than at other barber shops I've been to. All the other customers I've seen in the two cuts I've had there all seemed to be happy and enjoy their experiences as well. I would not go anywhere else for a hair cut.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. I have had my hair cut at Sport clips (other locations) several times and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went for a hair cut more than 30 minutes before the closing time. However, I was refused service stating they are full and cannot do anything more until closing. The entire place was empty with no one in sight waiting for a hair cut. Interestingly enough, they do not take appointments and is walk-in only. I drove 20 minutes to get there and they have no regard for customer's time. They just lost business from me and my friends.

Went there two or three weeks ago thinking I would give it a try using the coupon that came in the mail. I understand that it boils down to someone wanting to make a buck, and cant fault someone for trying to do so. Giving credit where credit is due, for trying to appeal to guys with the whole sports theme. The cut quality is about the same as first choice / top cuts, etc. In other words sub par. Defiantly not barber shop quality. But you get what you pay for. It is nice that they do offer free neck trims between cuts. However it would be better if they offered shaves. My experience included the "MVP upgrade". In this case the time spent on massage etc would be better used taking more time with the actual cut. As its been three weeks or so since being there and I am already seeing a trim is needed. Whereas normally it would be another couple of weeks before my hair would be at this stage. After this experience would rather go across the street to Maurizios Barbershop across the road, Oasis Joe's in uptown waterloo (Best cut in the tri - cities IMHO). Or a last resort Tommy Guns in Fairview park mall.
