Customer service is non existent at this hair salon - like many places in Kitchener the owner takes customers for granted and furthermore, they don't cut hair very well - mediocre at best... For the past two years I would take my son and daughter and myself for monthly haircuts - not once did the owner say hello or acknowledge our presence. We appeared to be disturbing the regular employees as we didn't make an appointment. We now go elsewhere! Basic economics: 3 X 20 = $60 per month that is an annual loss of sales of $720 per year or $7200 in ten years! Also word of mouth will eventually cost him as well. Wake up - all you have to be is polite and make an effort, after all you ARE in the service industry!
