I've been getting my hair cut there close to 10 years now, but not anymore. Don't know what happened, but for some reason she can't cut my hair properly anymore. It's looked like crap for the last couple of years. She even tried convincing me that my hair had changed. I kept going back to give her chances because I really liked her (the owner). Unfortunately, I think she's more interested in her tanning salon than cutting hair. The last time I was there, she interrupted my hair cut 3 or 4 times to deal with stuff for her tanning business. By the end, she was hurrying through the haircut because there was a problem with one of her beds. My hair looked awful, swore to myself right then and there that I was never going back. Just had a hair cut (somewhere else), and my hair is perfect. I knew when he was cutting it that he was doing it the right way. I tried telling Gold Scissors how it should be cut but she never listened.

This place is going down hill since Carla lost control and let her husband run things. He runs this place like a dictator. Some days are ok most are horrible when ever he feels the needs to looks at who hasn't been there tanning for a while and rips up there cards and when you go back he'll tell you they expire after a year?? WTF there is no dates on these cards so how does he know when its a been a year. As far as haircuts Carla is very nice and always provides good service. When Carla is there alone I highly recomment this place but when the dictator is there I personally go elsewehere and I know for a fact lots of others do aswell.
