These criminals extorted my girlfriend for months of membership, giving her various invented reasons why she couldn't cancel her membership. Despite repeated calls, emails, tweets, and facebook messages, they refused to give her a refund on the money they stole. Grossly unethical company, from a crooked industry. I wouldn't spit on their building if it was on fire, and encourage everyone to stay far far away. This company runs the same scams as the shady gyms and everywhere else that makes it virtually impossible for you to terminate your membership without first paying them a boatload of money.
