I love this location. I've been going here now almost 3 years and won't go anywhere else. The ladies all know me by name and i know them by name, i feel when i walk into this place its like the TV Show Cheers they all yell Natasha. Amazing group of ladies. You tell them exactly what you want and you'll get it. I love my girl Lynne she does my nails and now she knows me so well that if for some reason i'm unsure about my nails she fixes it right away without me saying something. Every 3 weeks i go in and give her a challenge, no matter what she tries it, 90% it comes out perfectly. Bang is another amazing lady there she always has a smile and she does my pedicure, when i get that done i usually fall asleep lol. Bang is a joy to see, always laughing and telling me things that make me feel welcome. Evelyn again amazing but all the ladies that i know are fantastic. Good thing about this place is Michelle the manager will make sure you get the service you pay and deserve. Please go and see these ladies and you won't be dissapointed

I've been going to this location for 4 1/2 years. Best experience ever. My nails were a mess and Lynn fixed me up. She knows me so well and I trust her to the point where I don't have to decide what I want done she goes ahead and surprises me every time. I always leave feeling satisfied and beautiful. Strongly recommend this location. All the ladies are friendly and they treat you like a friend not a client.

I highly recommended this salon. I heard about it from the girls at work. After I tried, I loved it! The salon was very nice and clean. The service was great and the work quality was excellent. My gel nails done by Michelle looked very natural and beautiful. I have been to many nail salons in Ottawa, including more expensive ones in downtown but this is the best for service, price and quality. A+++
