I have never left this place even slightly disappointed. Love everything about this salon and Danny :)

By far one of the best hair salons I've been to. Right as I walked in to this elegant place the assistant Carla greeted me and offered to take my coat. All the stylists were smiling at me and looked like they just loved their job! I got my hair done by Amanda and I strongly recommend her for any new clients. However all the other hair stylists look very professional as well. What I loved about this place is that the owner, Danny walked around and greeted every client while asking them if they found everything alright.When finished, my hair looked amazing and felt so healthy! Overall great customer service, very professional staff and high named products used, and amazing hair!!

I have been seeing Danny for the past 5 years and I have never had anyone know me or my hair better! From the moment I walk into the salon I am made to feel welcomed and that I belong there. The staff always greet me by name and I am always offered a Water or Cappuccino as they hang my coat. This truly is 5 star service! Over the course of the years, I have had many ppl ask me where I get my hair done and it is safe to assume that I always have one or two of Danny cards in my wallet. I would say that the only downside of my visits to Riccioli is that they are too short. I am normally in and out quickly but not in a rushed way. It is always a blast to catch up with the team. I wish them nothing but the best! Your Forever Client.

I have been visiting this salon for more than six years now. My first time there was when I was looking for a place to do my hair without having an appointment. Anyway, Danny, the owner, offered to do my hair and I was so impressed that I kept on going. I have had different styles (sometimes I wear my hair really long, sometimes really short) and each time I received tons of compliments. This is by far the best salon I have been at and Danny is amazing!!

Today was my first visit - to the WELLINGTON location - and Eli took very good care of me. I was there for a cut & color, full foil, so a long time at the salon. I went from a fairly light blond to a darker blond - it's what I wanted, I think I'm in a bit of a shock at the moment, need some time to get used to the new colour. But the cut is amazing, I love it! I was Eli's first customer of the morning and, between his next 2 customers and, before his boss Dan was scheduled to arrive around noon, the phone was ringing off the hook. Eli handled his customers, the phone, offering & making coffee/tea/water, everything he did gracefully, politely, charmingly. He shouldn't have to - they need a receptionist - but he handled it professionally. Grace under pressure, that's Eli :) I will definitely be going back to Eli again.
