I have been to this salon a few times, the staff were really helpful and professional, I had a lovely manicure and pedicure the last time i came here, the beautician was very efficient and made you feel very relaxed and pampered, I will defiantly be coming back here soon was a very nice salon.
Totally agree with the other review. I got charged £45 for a shellac manicure that took an hour and a half to do and wasn't at all well done. When I questioned the charge (the brochure price was £35) I was told "yes, but we soaked your old varnish off as well"!! Surely that's part of a manicure. Rubbish and a rip off.
Zero customer service. Beautician clearly could not be bothered to do her job on a Sunday afternoon. Most pointless eyebrow wax i've ever had. Will not be going back.
