I unfortunately made a up front payment to this ridiculously unethical clinic for a full body laser treatment. they have been nothing but trouble from the start. the start are rude, who cant even communicate well with clients. take no care in any of your treatment. they slot tight times, and miss out on several body parts as they claim that the session is over. totally totally disgusted to now find that after months of trying to get in contact with the clinic, they have moved, due to a dispute with there landlord. there contract ended in 1999 and it has been on going. to be frank, that says it all!! unreliable and absolute nonsense! please please please do not do ANY treatment with pasha clinic. you will only regret it! i have plenty of friends that go here, and they have all moved on to other clinics. I now go elsewhere, and the service is amazing!!! cant believe i signed up to pasha!

I took 6 treatment session of NDYAG laser treatment from KGB deals, wasn't,t sure how this going to be as i only heard about IPL but my experience was great ,in 4 session my hair growth is very slow and less Which i am so happy to see.I also refer 2 friends.Also planning to take more treatment soon. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment also with staff too all the time very polite and helpful always had nice communication with them , the atmosphere i love it. Special thanks to Hanim Kaya as she did 3 of my session very nice, friendly and professional and I liked the Services Manager Fulden very friendly and smiling.

Had 6 Groupon sessions for microdermabrasion and they were to be a month apart like the deal states. Apparently more effective if done fortnightly. Still, I completed all my sessions and arranging appointments was never a problem. That was never any hard sell of treatments although they might suggest something. Overall I am quite pleased with the service.

Great customer service but tiny place

I have found them extremely rude and unhelpful. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they are very unpleasant. Every time I have gone I have waited for 20-30 mins for my appointment and the staff choose to ignore you while you wait. There are one or two lovely staff but they are let down by the rest of the team. If it wasn't for the fact I bought a bundle deal I would not return. i 100% agree with 'cu' and have had EXACTLY the same problems. 10 appointments of mine were cancelled last summer with often less than 24 hours of warning (which is extremely frustrating if you've prepared for a week of hair growth).
