I took my daughter there for our valentines day gift,we got mani & pedi .I had been going for about 2 years.that day was the worse i have ever been treated ,2 girls was working on us and they forgot to finish my pedicure when i ask they started trying to finish and i was ok with that ,It happens we are human( this girl is the older one that wears the thick eyeliner ) so she tries to hand me off to the( girl with buck teeth) all i wanted was a design this girl was very unsure of doing it and i heard her tell other girl she couldnt other girl she could so i said she not very confident in doing this . Older girl started doing got really hateful as she painted,wasnt what i ask for ask if she could tone down color she got hateful so i said just take it off ,she said something to owner he came down wiped off,never asked why or what never spoke a word to me .I go to pay they charged for the designes i didnt get and the clincher was when the girl with buck teeth ask with a smirk DO YOU WANT TO TIP i left so upset and hurt that anyone could be treated like that.Guess they dont value customers
Service was very rushed. I also didn't like how roughly I was treated, rather my feet. It hurt. In addition, a man was walking around, touching everything... After which I saw him go outside, blow snot out of his nose, onto to sidewalk (no tissue) then to back in and started touching more of the chairs, etc. without washing his hands. Not impressed with this place at all.
