My first time in the place, The stylist never introduced herself and never asked me my name. All I needed was a simple trim, some layering. All I got was a bad haircut. I had this bad feeling that the young lady did not even know what she was doing. is it not weird when the stylist asks you: "Is that enough?" hmmm-hint # 2 that she does not know what she is doing. I then kindly replied after she asked me " is it alright?" Me: "I think its fine, I will just cut it when I get home" she says "oh no, I would not want you to have to do that" the OH No part was sure right I called her at the salon since I did not want to say that it was a bad haircut in front of her next client. I had to describe what she looked like because I never caught her name. Then she was on phone and I said to her that I recieved a bad haircut from her , I am not trying to ruin your day, (although I had the bad haircut experience woo hoo) and said that this might help her to avoid something like this in the future, and that she should also step it up in the customer relations dept. "Hi, my name is ______, what is your name?, Oh very nice to meet you, etc. etc." Well so much for customer relations or a good haircut
