Amy is my hair stylist at the Winchester Rd location. She and everyone else at this location are very nice. The salon is always festive looking and I've always been able to get my hair done even when I forget to make an appointment. Amy is always accommodating. From someone who used to get her hair done at a fancy high priced salon, I've enjoyed my visits and been pleased with the results from Amy at Cuts by Us.
Rachel does an excellent job on cutting and coloring my hair. I always get compliments on my hair after I have seen her.
I tried to lighten my hair at home and ruined it. I called at the end of the day and they had me in there by 9am next day with Amy. She was so sweet about the whole thing and was able to fix me! My hair is a beautiful blonde and no longer orange. My kids also go here to get there hair cut as well as a lot of kids from there school. Usually they see Christy but we've never had a problem with another stylist. They are very kid friendly and my guys always get suckers on the way out.
Has great potential if they get a better manager that stops running off all the good help! If she feels that you are competition you have to go. This salon has a very high turn over and it is only because of the manager. The owner and the company is great,but he needs to do some detailed research on why there are so many turnovers in a lot of his stores. Customers don't like when there is someone different every two or three months.
