My sister in law was getting a facial wax. Instead of doing it little by little they put all the wax on at once and use huge clothes to do it as fast as possible. Her face is still sore and red and we went yesterday. They were supposed to touch up her eyebrows and used a razor and cut her. My friend who was with wanted to get her acrylic nails taken off and gel put on. The lady refused because it was too much work. She was also on the phone chit chatting the entire time. There is only one worker there who is friendly and does a good job. It was a horrible experience and I am definately going to find a new place to go to in town. This is not the first time we have received poor service from them, I always just thought everyone has a bad day, but it's every time. I do not recommend this place and if you do go, I hope very much that you get the one good worker.

I usually go to another nail salon in Maricopa but today they were super busy so I decided to try this place. All I can say is POOR, POOR, POOR. I received acrylic nails, the gentleman who was working on them kept arguing with me in regards to what I would like to do with my nails. He did a very poor job on them, and the worst part of it was he cut me almost three times while using the tool to file down the acrylics. He never apologized or even mentioned cutting me as a sat there bleeding. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone! I usually go to "Nails For You" and that is where I will go back too! Looks like they are stealing business from this place for a reason. I'm also a business owner here in Maricopa and will defiantly steer people clear of this place

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years so I am very picky. All of the furniture is high end, and they always have plenty of technicians so you do not have to wait. If you do not like something you can tell them and they will fix it with no hassle.
