I just went in last week to get a new set and i absoultly LOVE Loann's nails!!!! The lady that did my nail sat in the front of the room and my friend got the other lady that sits next to the register and they both did an awesome job!!! It is hard to find someone who can do my nails since i am an avid biter but she looked at my nails and she wanted to make sure they were dont right so i had to wait for her to finish with her client (well worth the wait btw)And she also said if they pop off since my nails are short short she would put back on for free!! but they are still on strong and still look wonderful! for sure will go back !!!!!!!!
I will never go here again. Went in for a fill. They removed my polish and there was still a green tint to my nail. I thought well maybe they will drill it off. Nope still a green tint to my nail so I have to have nails fully painted. Then I asked them to shorten my nail and he drilled it all the way down to the tip of my fingertips. They really should ask what you want in advance, but they are too worried about talking about you to each other to care.

I went to LoAnns to get a pedi and get my gel manicure filled...the guy took off my gel without even asking me. Nobody seemed to care when I complained. They tried to make it sound like it was my fault cause I said I wanted a manicure. To top it off my manicure is horrible, there are bubbles in the paint and rough edges on my nails still. I would not recommend this place at all.
