Had the worst experience at this salon in all my 20+ years of doing hair and going to great clips they pressured us to buy product even though I said we didn't need it she added a shampoo after I told her no we didn't need it our total came up to over $40 so we had to have them take it off NEVER again will I go to that salon or reconend it

EVERYBODY so demanding when writting reviews... Seems like EVERYBODY has a moment of self-importance when it comes to write and criticize!!!!! The place is awesome!!! They are patient!!!!! I am from Spain, have an accent and sometimes cannot express exactly what I want (lack of vocab in the hair world), but they always try their best and I have always left happy with what I got. Let's not forget this is not your hair...., this is a place for normal people stylist Only fools go to supercuts, great clips, etc... Expecting to get lemonade and a capilar massage, and then writting a bad review about them!!!!!_ keep the good work!!!!!! As I said at the beginning AWESOME PLACE!!!!!

Please answer your customer questions as truly and completely as possible. We know you are told to say everyone is good at the same thing but just be a little more helpful to customers!

Like any salon you have to shop around for the best stylist. Mary is the only one there that I don't have to fix anything when I go home. If she's not there ill wait.

Went in to get a faux hawk, asked for it to be cut a certain length, the stylist, Brianna did not cut a bit then ask me if the length was ok, but just started cutting it the the length I ended up being stuck with, it is way shorter than I asked for and not even cut in the correct style. It was also somewhat uneven, I would have complained but they can't very well make my hair longer. I specified a length on top of about 2 inches and ended up with about 1 inch, which I can not even style correctly. All in all very disappointed. There are very limited options in town and I am running out of local choice very quickly. This place gets an F in my book.
