Started going to Michelle 18 years ago. She is very professional and runs her business that way. She is also very personable. It is like family there. In 18 years there is only 2 times I didn't like my color and it was immediately taken care of. When I was going through a rough hurtful divorce she was so comforting and actually offered to do my hair for nothing if I needed it. I was blown away. Never told her how much that touched my heart. I am very happy to have such a good place to go and feel so at home. She takes good care of my hair also, but it is so much more. All the girls are great and help each other. Great salon!!!!

I have been going to the owner, Michelle for 21 years now. I would never get my hair cut or colored any where else. Michelle and her staff are very attentive and always manage to give my hair just the look I want. Whenever I want a change in style, I just show Michelle a few pictures, and she tells me what can and cannot work for my hair, and then gives me a beautiful new hair-do! All of the women at the salon work to create a friendly, fun, and positive place to visit. They keep updated on trends and fashions by frequenting trade shows and seminars.

I am a hairdresser and this is the very first salon I worked at. I trained under the owner Michele and she is absolutely phenomenal. Still one of the best hairdressers I have met. I have since moved to the East Coast and am still in the industry behind the chair. Michele is talented in her work and offers a professional salon experience. It is a small, intimate salon so clients don't get lost in the mix. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the Riverside area. I constantly refer back to my training I received at Bello salon!

This is a really good salon. All the stylist are knowledgeable and very professional. They take the time to discuss what your goals are with your hair and make sure that they answer any questions or concerns before they even start your hair.

About three years ago I moved to Riverside to attend the University. I had previously been going to an Aveda salon back home but needed to find a local place. Not only did this salon surpass my expectations with pricing, way cheaper then I was paying before, but they are very cordial and attentive to your needs. I also love the quaintness of the shop and now they are expanding to men's hair with the purchase of the business next door! It is a great, charming place and I love how they do my hair and how they are very attentive to my strict budget. I have taken friends to their salon and they too always leave with a smile on their face.
