If you see a Living Social deal or other deal for this Salon, make sure it's not with Alisha Sears. Wow! Don't ever waste your time with her. I booked a Living Social deal with Alisha. The first time I called, she didn't realize she answered the call and I was listening to her talk about the Bass Pro shop. Then I called several times, on several occasions, over a week, and no answer or response after leaving voice messages. I called Living Social, they told me to try to book an appt online, and so I did. I went a few minutes early on the day of my appt. She was 15 minutes late, and didn't call me back for another 5 minutes. Then she said she only booked me for a haircut and didn't allow enough time for the full Living Social deal which was a cut and highlights, with deep conditioning. I expressed my dismay and she rudely told me to get out.
It was such A PLEASURE to see professional staff doing their job! Not only did I receive the best deep-tissue massage in many years,.... but, after the second visit, bought a 10-session package at a phenomenal discount. All of the ladies are quite amiable and efficient: the entire salon is immaculate. The stylists do a wild job too!
