Hands down the best facial I've ever received. I would go back and send my friends for sure! The cost of service was very reasonable and the service itself was more than I expected for the money (even normal retail price). Maria, the aesthetician, is a veteran in the field and is pleasant as well as proficient at her work.
From the minute you walk in the door, you are embraced with warmth, friendly smiles, professionalism and incredible talent at Expectations! My daughter had a Spa day at Expectations and LOVED IT! Maria gave my daughter her very first 'teen' facial while Kathy worked her nail magic on her toes and fingers. She felt comfortable and enjoyed every relaxing moment of her experience. Thank you Expectations for giving my daughter a memory she will never forget! We will be customers for life :-)
