I have been going here for 2 years now and each time they have done a wonderful job. When arriving as a "walk-in" they are accomodating and friendly and do a great job.
I don't know how you could give this place a poor review, I loved it! I'm a stickler for customer service and they did an excellent job of helping me right away and treating me like a queen. Plus my toes look fantastic!
I had gone to this salon for a few years. I received a few poor pedicures with dry heels that weren't done well. I returned the next day, after the last pedicure, and the manager embarassed me in front of other clientel. She said I came in before and complained and she spoke loud enough for others to hear. This is inappropriate and unprofessional. Needless to say I haven't returned. I have found another salon that does a great job on my pedicure.
