Sante Day Spa
Reviews
Absolutely love going to the Sante Day Spa and seeing Diana. She is an incredible, caring service provider, and she does amazing work! Highly recommend, and it is always a treat to myself when I schedule an appointment!!
I have been seeing Diana for massage therapy for years. Yes, sometimes you have to schedule way in advance, but it is worth the wait. I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to a few things. Diana kept this in mind when doing my facial and massage, and I have not had any skin problems as a result of either of the treatments. Diana's full body massages are very thorough and therapeutic. I recently suffered from severe jaw pain for over a month (my dentists could not fix). After some massage work on my face, the jaw pain was almost completely gone. The massage table is very relaxing, and the environment is very cozy and meditative!
Could not schedule prior to purchasing discounted facial. Offer stated it might be "a few weeks out". After purchasing, first appt was nearly TWO months later. Requested a refund. She REFUSED stating all purchases were "non-refundable". She was unwilling to refund my money, stating that her offer made this clear. Terrible business practice. Will never, ever do business with this person.
Diana is great and the products she uses are natural, healthy and effective. I have had great facials from her and go to see her regularly
Poor appointment process & customer service. This review is only about setting up the appointment and not the service. I followed the direction on Sante's website to complete a request form for an appointment. I checked my email and have not received any response back. I called several times during the week but ONLY got the voicemail all the time. On the morning of the appointment, I called and left a voicemail to check if my appointment was confirmed or not. No call was returned. I showed up at the place of business that afternoon and was told by the owner herself that she was booked up and her email response may have gone to my spam mailbox. There was no apology or remediation except - too bad you came and I can't help you. The next availability will be two months away. I was baffled with the customer service and very frustrated that the owner did not seem to understand the basics of customer service. I tried to communicate the failure of her appointment system but she refused to hear it. Later that evening, she called to tell me that she finally got the chance to listen to her voicemail and got my message but my only option was to cancel the living social deal or book in January. LOL. Again, there was no apology. In fact, she even tried to lecture me that I should've called her sooner and compared her appointment process to a doctor's office??? Another major mistake, in a doctor's office - someone always answers the phone. With this spa, no one answers the phone. You have to rely on completing a form (leaving your credit card info), getting an email back or leaving a message, and hopefully you get a call back.
