Fort Collins Location: I had a women's hair cut and style with a girl who had apparently been working there for 5 years. I was very specific when asking for a stylist with experience cutting short hair. My hair has been short (chin length and above) for 3 years, and I understand it can be a difficult style to create. There was no excuse for what happened next. The stylist, after cutting it didn't style it very well, but seemed like a decent cut. I was embarrassed two days later when my friend pointed out that my hair was asymmetrical in back, like I was trying to grow an off-center rat's tail. I was mortified and called the salon so they could fix this mistake! Needless to say, they didn't have an appointment available for me. Here's the deal, Salon Salon, if you make a mistake, you need to fix it, not tell someone two days before Valentine's day that there is no room to fix the botched job until next week. I spent way too much money for zero customer service and zero talent.

Super nice salon - comfortable and cool atmosphere, and great hairdressers! I've since moved, and I wish I could find someone in my new town that I liked as much as my hairdresser there!

Kiera was awesome!!!! She not only corrected a terrible highlight job I had at a competitor, but she nailed the color and cut. She listened, asked questions and explained how she could have me leaving looking great. I finally found a stylist I love.

I have been going to Salon Salon ever since I moved to Boulder. If you appreciate friendly stylists who know how to give a great cut, then this place is a must! Kiera is amazing and has been able to do everything with my hair, from long to short, and it always comes out looking amazing. I cannot recommend Salon Salon and Kiera highly enough!
