can never get an appointment when you want one, let alone to get multiple services booked back to back. receptionist does not care if you state that you will just go someplace else. She is totally flippant and clueless. Does not realize that customers are not an unlimited resource, treat them poorly and they will go elsewhere. I have gift certificates to use for this salon, I guess they will just go to waste.
i am on a never ending quest to find a salon and stylist i like. i finally found it at christopher's. one thing i dislike about most salons is how you feel as if everyone is watching you have your hair done, due to a line of chairs with no privacy. at christopher's, the stylist has their own booth, which is very private and comfortable. the receptionist was very sweet and within a minute my stylist, jennifer brought me to her booth. i had a picture of what i wanted and jennifer explained how the style would work with my hair. jennifer is very friendly, did what i asked and my hair looks phenomenal. the price may be expensive, but if it's a good cut i don't mind paying for it. i highly recommend christopher's.
RUDE - IGNORANT - ARROGANT - only a few words to describe the owners of the joint. Do yourself a favor - spend your money at a place that cares about their customers. Shame for their help. Some are very good and nice, but I'd rather spend my money that has better people that run the place.
